General Refund Terms Refunds will only be considered in cases where services have not been delivered as per the agreed terms. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info.excelitforum@gmail.com within 10 days of service commencement. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services These services are non-refundable once initiated or completed: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, Campaign Management, Social media marketing and advertising, Content creation and copywriting, Email marketing campaigns, Website development once the project has commenced
Partial Refunds In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed up to the request date. The refund amount will be determined at our discretion based on the time, effort, and resources invested.
Cancellation PolicyIf a client cancels a service before work has begun, they may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees. If a client cancels after the project has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing) require a 30-day notice for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for the current month.
