Payment Terms Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms in the invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. Normally 7-10 working days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account.
Client Responsibilities Provide accurate and necessary information required for service execution. Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, and materials in a timely manner. Ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
Intellectual Property Any content, designs, or marketing materials created by Excel IT Forum remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created content transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Performance and Results While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing. Search engine rankings, social media engagement, and ad performance can be influenced by factors beyond our control.
Termination of ServicesEither party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. If terminated before completion of agreed services, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of LiabilityExcel IT Forum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for losses due to third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting providers).
Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Delhi/NCR, India.
AmendmentsWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
